Hot Lunch Program



The Saint André Hot Lunch program is provided as a fun service to our families.  It is completely optional and you are not required to order if you are not interested.


This program is volunteer run and any profits that may come from the program go entirely to the school, such as Sports Day in June, equipment or supply needs, etc.


We will run a Hot Lunch every 3-5 weeks.  They will be held on Fridays, and we do our best to alternate the Kindergarten classes that have school (ex. Tues/Thurs class one hot lunch and then Mon/Wed the next), so that all of our students get the chance to participate.


Please be aware of your child’s class schedule for field trips and out of school commitments, as refunds will not be issued.  If your child is sick or away the day of hot lunch, please contact the school prior to lunchtime – we can have the order sent to the office for pickup if you wish.


We support local vendors and work with the Hot Lunch programs they provide.  We also include Beaumont Sobeys on every Hot Lunch order for additional options.


We do our best to accommodate allergy concerns but we are also limited to what the vendor is offering.  Please understand that special menu requests are NOT possible.


Due to privacy requirements and simplicity of the online system, everyone is required to register a new account for their first order of the school year, whether you have registered in the past or not.  Once the initial setup process is complete, your account will be ready for the rest of your orders for this school year.


Here's how to get started:

  • Go to Hot Lunch link
  • Click on “Click Here to Register”
  • Enter Access Code SAHL
  • Complete the rest of the registration form. Please make sure you provide an accurate email address, as this will ensure you receive relevant hot lunch information. Note your User ID & password.
  • Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
  • Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Saint André Academy
  • Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
  • Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)

PayPal: We only accept hot lunch order payments through PayPal.  No cheque or cash payments will be accepted at any time.  You can either pay with a credit card as a Paypal guest (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or set up your own Paypal account.


Payment must be completed prior to closing or your order will be cancelled and not included.  We close the ordering 1-2 weeks prior to the hot lunch date, depending on the notice requested by the vendor.  The closing date will be listed on the site.
